Dan Smith has been the Office Manager/Broker for the Dickson Realty Sparks office since 2018. Education, community, and personal growth define Dan Smith’s leadership at Dickson Realty. In addition to dedicating over 150 hours annually to training new Dickson agents as the Director for the Dickson University program, Dan regularly conducts companywide sessions on innovative and strategic uses of technology and industry fundamentals and also teaches community real estate courses for Truckee Meadows Community College. Dan specializes in single family residential homes and condos, rural properties, vacant land, and both long-term & short-term rentals. Beyond real estate, Dan is actively involved in community service organizations and enjoys travel, real estate investing, woodworking, and creative projects.
